Assivo, Inc. (d/b/a “TaskGenie”) provides Virtual Assistant Services (collectively, “The Services”, “TaskGenie Services”, “Service” or “Services”) to you, the user, subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Services”), as well as any other written agreement between us and you.  These Terms of Service “Terms” including the Privacy Policy incorporated in these Terms by reference and other policies may be updated periodically.
